Our Shared Values

137 members and counting.

We aspire to create a community that represents the extraordinary diversity of Boston. We believe social change is only accomplished when it is inclusive so we seek emerging leaders from a wide range of backgrounds.

We are obsessed with service so much so that we will run 100 miles for a charity or be honored as Big Sister of the Year.

We are problem solvers, locally and globally.

We find collaboration fun so we connect individuals around common interests such as business as a force of social good or international development even when we may work or study full time.

And we are fans of Greater Boston yet we want to make it better, together as a community.

In short: we are civically engaged and collaborative problem solvers who call Boston home. If that's also you, then you'll fit right in.

CT Randsdell
Raising awareness, raising funds, and raising his heart rate are part of CT's daily regimen. He is the Director of Development at Generations Incorporated- an intergenerational literacy organization. He spends his time supporting local and global causes through his time, treasures and talent. He's passionate about good design, reading old fashioned print, and going for long runs. He is pursuing an MPA at Northeastern University in philanthropy, nonprofits and social change.

Howard Kang
Howard is a strategist with experience consulting and delivering keynotes and workshops around the globe. He is passionate about propelling social impact organizations and initiatives creating a better world. During his career he has worked on impact-focused projects with private, public, and non-profit institutions such as: Ashoka, the City of Boston, Bank of America, the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care, Deloitte, Northeastern University, and the New England Patriots.

Jessica Cole
Jessica builds technology to make us better citizens. She currently serves as Outreach Director at Panorama Education, a Y Combinator company, helping to give students and educators a voice through feedback surveys and analytics at more than 6000 schools. In past lives, Jessica was a fellow at the Yale Entrepreneurial Institute, winner of the 2012 Yale Venture Challenge, and a finalist in the MassChallenge accelerator program. She strives to bring mischief and city exploration into the OC universe, and favorite OC moments include leading a group to Grown-Ups Night at the Children’s Museum, “accidentally” hiking the tallest mountain in Vermont with OC 4, traveling on City Exchanges to Chicago and Austin, and teaching Justin and Mike how to pronounce "shakshuka."

Justin Kang

Michael Omenazu
Originally from Chicago, Mike moved to Boston to serve in AmeriCorps yet still remains a huge Bulls/Bears/Cubs/Hawks fan. Motivated by a passion to positively contribute to his community as well as having been the beneficiary of similar help from others, Mike strives to fulfill a commitment to service in all aspects of his life.

YeSeul Kim
They say in Korea that the smallest peppers are the spiciest. I'm small and I've been called spicy (as well as feisty, intense, and passionate), so I guess that's true. When I'm not interviewing consumers and churning out PowerPoints at my day job, I like to think I'm a champion of sorts for youth development and women's causes. In college, I founded the Leadership Training Institute, a mentorship program for disadvantaged youth in the greater Boston area. Additionally, I am a huge supporter of domestic violence organizations and an occasional goofy Big Sister.
